A cathode ray tube television faces a lazy boy style recliner chair. Scenes from b-western films from the 1930s and 40s play. In the first scene a man signs a document at a table surrounded by other men. Later, a horse rears while tied to a wooden stake. The closing scene features a lone man tied up riding on a buckboard wagon.
